Left On Houston

Around the beginning of December we completed this temporary informational front page for ladies fashion startup sweater wear company, Left On Houston. We will be working on the full consumer page for a Spring 2008 site launch. Until then, take a look at the rotating images of their line.

A couple months back we completed a site for author Kelly Corrigan to promote her new book The Middle Place as well as her columns and other miscellaneous news and events. Go over and take a look; The site also has some videos of her public readings and a trailer for The Middle Place.

Kimberly Ford

Back-to-back, we’ve just finished another site. This time for author, Kimberly Ford. Kimberly is currently waiting for her first full book entitled HUMP: True Tales of Sex After Kids to be printed in early 2008. Amongst her essays, reviews, and short stories, Kimberly is also hard at work on another novel.

Go check her site out, and bring a cup of tea for sipping.

Well kids, we just launched the 2007/08 Celsius Snowboard Footwear website this morning. It contains all of their latest product and how to find what you’re looking for. It was great working with the team over at Celsius, and we wish them all the best for the 2007/08 snow season.

Thanks to Jason and Kay over at Celsius.

New Colours, New Logo

Sunday, August 26, 2007

Office Sunset

Miniature little rearrangement of colours on the site here. Dropped in our new logo too. It’s a little windy toy jack in the box thing.

How fun.

We’ve been working away at getting some new sites done. Very soon you’ll be able to check out the all new Celsius Footwear site, as well as a home we’re making for Kimberly Ford’s short fiction. There are a bunch of other projects going on, so I’ll post more little pictures soon; Until then — here’s a shot of English Bay from the weekend office.

Still Bastards

Another project that was just archived around here was the Wildcats & IS Design DVD menu and authoring for their follow up to the decade old Lil’ Bastards, aptly named Still Bastards. If you grew up around Lil’ Bastards, check it out when it hits shelves to see how sometimes, some things just don’t change.

With Love & Rum, Another Round

With Love & Rum

On the odd chance you’ve clicked on the link we keep tucked away at the bottom left side of this site, labeled “With Love & Rum” you probably noticed a little while ago that the site was updated visually — but then never updated with content, as expected. It looks like — although the site still needs a few broken links and other bits tidied up — that they might be onto a shift in posting momentum. There are now three new contributing writers about to get started over there including the original Edward H. and his erratic posting behaviour.

Who are these new rogues? It hasn’t been revealed to us yet, but in due time I’m sure; Or never, as I’m also sure.

Moment Logo

Raindropp’s own intern who in turn turned employee, Ron Ruiz, spent some time with the boys at Moment Skis working on the logo above. Below are some seconds that didn’t make the cut.
